15.1. The Seller protects the privacy of his customers and ensures that the data processing complies with the privacy legislation referred to GDPR Privacy Reg. UE 2016/679.

15.2. Personal data collected directly and/or through third parties by the Seller, data controller, are collected and processed in electronic form, in relation to the purpose of registering the order and provide it with the procedures for the execution of this contract and the necessary communication, in addition to the fulfillment of any obligation of the law, and to enable efficient management of business relationships necessary to perform the best service required.

15.3. The Seller treats as confidential all data and information provided by the Purchaser and does not disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected, nor transmit them to third parties. Such data can be produced only at the request of the Court or other authority approved by the law.

15.4. Personal data will be disclosed, before signing a commitment to confidentiality of these data, only to third parties who carry out activities necessary for the execution of the signed contract (e.g. courier) and disclosed for that purpose only.

15.5. The Purchaser has the rights under GDPR Privacy Reg. UE 2016/679, and that is the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, integration of data; b) the cancellation, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right. The party has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even for the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data for purposes like sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

15.6. The communication of personal data by the Purchaser is a necessary condition for the proper and timely execution of this contract. Failing that, it can be given with a request by the Purchaser.

15.7. In any case, the data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed. Their removal however will take place in a secure manner.

15.8. Owner of the collection and processing of all personal data is the Seller, to which the Purchaser may direct every request at the corporate headquarters.

15.9. Any communication sent to the mailing address (including electronic) of the Seller, the procurement procedures (requests, suggestions, ideas, information, etc.) will not be considered confidential information or data, will not violate the rights of others, and will contain valuable information, true and not harming the rights of others. In any case, it could not be attributed to the Seller any responsibility for the contents of the messages.
